Description:
We’re hiring a driven and results-oriented Remote Recruiter to help us build a high-performing team by attracting top talent. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, helping to create job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles. You’ll use a variety of platforms and tools to source qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. You’ll evaluate resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. You’ll track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline, providing regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders. You’ll track key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, using data to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process. You’ll assist with interview coordination, scheduling meetings with hiring managers, and ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Basic Qualifications:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and culture fit for each position.
- Track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, candidate response rate, and pipeline health to improve recruiting strategy.
- Assist with reference checks, offer letters, and pre-boarding communication to ensure a confident and professional handoff.
- Track candidates and stages using ATS tools like Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or Notion to maintain an organized pipeline.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals—crafting personalized outreach that stands out.
Preferred:
- Familiar with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or AmazingHiring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates professionally.
- Values empathy, clarity, and transparency when dealing with candidates and hiring teams.
- Willing to support employer branding by helping create posts or materials for social channels.
- Wants to grow into roles like Talent Partner, People Ops Manager, or Head of Recruiting.
