Description:

We’re looking for a Remote CRM Specialist who can see both the details in the data and the bigger picture of customer experience. You’ll manage our CRM system with precision, ensuring the right data reaches the right people at the right time. From setting up automations to cleaning up contact records, your work will keep everything running behind the scenes. You’ll ensure our sales and marketing funnels are fully aligned and flowing without friction. You’re the kind of person who gets excited about reducing manual work with smart workflows and logic-based triggers. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and support to ensure the CRM reflects real-time customer journeys. You’ll create dynamic fields, logic branches, and tags that reflect customer behaviors and lifecycles. You’ll troubleshoot integration issues, fine-tune email logic, and test flows before they ever go live. You’ll monitor the health of our CRM daily — spotting bad data, broken automations, and missed opportunities before they cost us.

Basic Qualifications:

• Troubleshoot CRM issues, manage integrations, and work with vendors or internal IT to resolve technical problems as needed.
• Document processes, automation logic, and naming conventions to keep the CRM setup scalable and team-friendly.
• Create and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines that help sales, support, and marketing teams work smarter, not harder.
• Monitor user activity inside the CRM to identify training gaps or potential misuses of the system.
• Coordinate with developers or external tools when custom CRM integrations are required (e.g., connecting with Stripe, Calendly, Intercom).

Preferred:

• Loves being the behind-the-scenes builder who keeps everything running smoothly.
• Background or interest in sales ops, marketing automation, data analysis, or RevOps.
• Has experience integrating CRMs with tools like Slack, Zapier, or Google Sheets.
• Willing to audit existing CRM structures and recommend improvements.
