Description:

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Remote Branding Consultant to help our clients define and elevate their brand identity. You’ll work closely with clients to define their brand's mission, vision, and values, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts. You’ll guide clients through brand positioning, voice development, and messaging that resonates with their target audience. You’ll help create unique brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates clients from their competitors. You’ll guide clients in crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with their audience and differentiate them from competitors. You’ll help clients develop brand guidelines to ensure cohesive communication and design across all channels. You’ll analyze industry trends, market conditions, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights that inform branding decisions. You’ll help clients develop their online presence, ensuring their brand is well-represented across websites, social media, and digital campaigns. You’ll assess and improve clients’ current branding strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and areas to innovate.

Basic Qualifications:

• Provide feedback on visual assets (logos, mockups, ads) to ensure they reflect the brand’s essence and positioning.
• Deliver presentations, Loom walkthroughs, or PDF summaries that explain strategy clearly and persuasively.
• Build out customer personas and messaging frameworks to guide marketing and content decisions.
• Coordinate brand launches or refreshes, including timelines, assets, and cross-platform rollout strategies.
• Support both early-stage startups and mature brands—tailoring advice to budget, goals, and resources.

Preferred:

• Willing to collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams on rollout plans.
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma for brand asset creation.
• Comfortable leading workshops or brand discovery calls via Zoom or similar platforms.
• Comfortable conducting brand audits and identifying areas for improvement or differentiation.
• Experience developing brand identities including voice, visuals, and positioning.
