Description:

We’re hiring a skilled and efficient Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and managing inventory levels to meet demand. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, including suppliers, transportation partners, and internal stakeholders, to optimize logistics operations. You’ll track inventory levels, ensuring products are delivered on time and that there is no disruption to production schedules. You’ll assist in managing shipping schedules, working with third-party providers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeframe. Your inbox is a battlefield, but you conquer it daily with clear communication and fast responses. You’ll review logistics costs and suggest improvements, looking for ways to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. You’ll ensure that all deliveries meet safety standards and comply with regulations, making sure no delays or penalties occur. You’ll monitor and evaluate logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and clients to schedule pickups, track deliveries, and resolve delays.
• Work with freight forwarders, courier services, or 3PL providers to compare rates, arrange transportation, and manage logistics costs.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics when needed—ensuring smooth handling of returned goods.
• Resolve issues like damaged goods, shipment errors, or customs holds through quick, effective communication and documentation.
• Assist in demand forecasting and planning by analyzing delivery cycles, seasonal trends, and storage capacity.

Preferred:

• Can assist in forecasting logistics needs for upcoming launches or seasonal peaks.
• Open to learning new logistics platforms and adjusting to evolving operational needs.
• Wants to grow into roles like Supply Chain Analyst, Operations Manager, or Fulfillment Lead.
• Enjoys solving logistical challenges and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Comfortable analyzing shipping data or patterns to help improve operations.
