Description:

We’re hiring a Waiter/Waitress who knows that great service is about more than taking orders — it’s about creating a warm, welcoming experience that guests remember. You’ll welcome guests with a genuine smile, make them feel comfortable, and ensure they’re taken care of from the moment they sit down. You’ll take food and drink orders clearly, repeat them with care, and make sure each table gets exactly what they expect — and more. You’ll manage several tables at once, always keeping a calm rhythm and focusing on the experience, not just the speed. You’ll practice how to manage multiple tables, stay organized during busy hours, and move quickly while staying calm. You’ll learn our menu inside and out so you can make thoughtful recommendations and upsell naturally when appropriate. You’ll communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are smooth and timing is spot-on. You’ll coordinate with kitchen staff, runners, and hosts to keep communication fluid and orders timely. You’ll also learn how to handle customer concerns respectfully and when to call a manager for support.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay positive, even on long shifts or tough nights—your energy sets the tone for the room.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients or allergens confidently.
• Be flexible and ready to cover shifts or assist during special events when needed.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols, including sanitizing tables and handling utensils properly.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout your shift.

Preferred:

• Willing to learn menu changes, daily specials, and promotional offerings quickly.
• Background or strong interest in hospitality, customer service, or food & beverage.
• Comfortable with multitasking and remaining composed during peak service hours.
• Team-oriented and ready to support other servers, hosts, or bussers during busy periods.
• Familiar with processing payments, splitting bills, and handling cash, card, or mobile transactions accurately.
