Description:

We’re hiring an Industrial Electrician to install and maintain electrical systems in factories, plants, and large-scale facilities — ideal for someone who thrives in technical environments and values precision and safety. You’ll read blueprints, technical diagrams, and wiring schematics to plan and execute safe, code-compliant installations. You’ll install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, panels, and conduits according to local and national electrical codes. You’ll be responsible for installing conduit, cable trays, bus bars, and grounding systems according to safety codes. You’ll perform routine maintenance on panels, circuit breakers, and control systems to prevent future issues. You’ll work with building management to ensure code compliance, plan upgrades, and maintain accurate maintenance logs. You’ll interact with homeowners directly, explaining your work and offering helpful advice on usage, safety, or energy savings. You’ll use meters, IR cameras, megohm testers, and oscilloscopes to monitor performance and identify problems. You’ll coordinate with dispatchers, property managers, or facility supervisors for access and follow-up scheduling.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Handle emergency service calls, power outages, or urgent repairs as needed.
  • Diagnose overloaded circuits, shorts, or grounding issues and offer safe solutions.
  • Run wiring through walls, ceilings, and conduits while following safety and code regulations.
  • Connect circuit breakers, outlets, switches, lighting systems, and control panels properly.
  • Prepare job estimates, material lists, or reports for supervisors or clients.

Preferred:

  • Familiar with installing new electrical infrastructure during renovations or new construction projects.
  • Open to working varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime for urgent jobs.
  • Organized with job documentation, permit handling, time tracking, and reporting service records.
  • Skilled in working with conduit, circuit breakers, outlets, lighting systems, and control panels.
  • Enjoys solving complex technical problems and bringing power systems to life.

Benefits:

  • We keep the paperwork minimal — so you can focus on the circuits.
  • No boring desk — you’re solving real problems in real places, every day.
  • Plenty of variety — residential, commercial, new builds, and diagnostics.
  • Apprenticeship support and ongoing licensing — we invest in your future.
  • From service calls to system design — you’ll get hands-on variety.

You’ll be trained to follow residential building codes, fire safety protocols, and GFCI/AFCI regulations. You’ll follow strict lockout/tagout procedures, arc flash safety standards, and PPE protocols on every job. You’ll log repairs, parts used, and time spent per task using building management software or ticketing platforms. You’ll help prevent future incidents by recommending upgrades, repairs, or scheduled maintenance to clients after emergencies are resolved. You’ll be expected to work professionally around staff, guests, or tenants — often while systems are live. You’ll receive support from a lead technician or supervisor who helps assign tasks and manage building priorities. Experience in single-family homes, townhouses, and small apartments is a plus, but not required if you're eager to learn. If you're licensed (or working toward certification), experienced with 120V–480V systems, and love hands-on work, this role is for you. If you’re ready to keep buildings powered, safe, and running smoothly — we’re ready to put tools in your hand and welcome you as an Electrician.
