Description:

We’re looking for an IT Support Technician who can make tech problems disappear like magic — but with real skills. You’ll handle hardware setups, software installs, user accounts, and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms. You’ll install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and software with precision. From fixing printer errors to diagnosing network outages, you’ll be the go-to problem solver. Whether it’s hardware hiccups or software quirks, you know how to keep cool and find solutions. You’ll keep track of issues using a help desk system and always follow up to ensure nothing gets missed. Your attention to detail will shine in documentation, system logs, and inventory tracking. You’ll maintain IT inventory, monitor system health, and help enforce security protocols. You’ll have their gear ready, configured, and tested — no surprises.

Basic Qualifications:

• Guide non-technical users through step-by-step solutions patiently and clearly, avoiding jargon when possible.
• Monitor IT assets and inventory—tracking devices, serial numbers, and software licenses accurately.
• Assist with account provisioning, password resets, and access rights in systems like Active Directory, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365.
• Provide technical support to employees or clients by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues via chat, phone, or in-person.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes by suggesting new tools, automations, or documentation updates.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in IT, cybersecurity, help desk operations, or technical support.
• Comfortable explaining technical solutions to non-technical users with patience and clarity.
• Can follow escalation procedures when problems exceed first-level support.
• Knows how to identify recurring issues and report trends to help improve IT systems.
• Familiar with remote support tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Zoom for assisting users.
