Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to join our dealership team — perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles showroom-ready and understands the importance of first impressions. You’ll perform deep cleaning of both interiors and exteriors, restoring cars to like-new condition for customers, dealers, or resale. You’ll wash, rinse, and dry vehicles using water-efficient systems, foam cannons, and microfiber towels. You’ll inspect vehicles for smudges, water spots, or missed areas before handing them off for sale or pickup. You’ll follow a detailed checklist for each service package, ensuring consistent quality across all jobs. You’ll clean interiors when required — including driver cabins, floors, instrument panels, and bulk storage areas. You’ll follow checklists for fleet washing, ensuring consistency and quality across dozens of vehicles each shift. You’ll work on luxury cars, daily drivers, SUVs, and even motorcycles — each one requiring unique care and techniques. You’ll log jobs completed, payment received, and feedback in a mobile app or dispatch system provided by the company.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle delicate parts such as antennas, sensors, or emblems with care during washing.
• Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, and tires to remove dirt, brake dust, and grime.
• Wash and rinse vehicle exteriors using hoses, buckets, sponges, and pressure washers.
• Keep an eye on water usage and cleaning material levels, restocking supplies as needed.
• Respect personal property left inside vehicles and report anything unusual or valuable found.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to detail when cleaning wheels, windows, mirrors, mats, and dashboard areas.
• Able to inspect cars before and after service and report any visible damage to supervisors.
• Thrives in fast-paced, active environments where physical work and quality service go hand in hand.
