Description:

We’re hiring a Hairdresser who brings both skill and personality to the chair — someone who can listen, create, and help people leave feeling more confident than when they walked in. You’ll provide personalized haircuts, coloring, and styling services tailored to the client’s goals and comfort level. You’ll welcome each client with care, listen actively to their ideas, and collaborate to achieve results that feel both fresh and authentic. You’ll offer expert recommendations, explain the maintenance involved, and help each person feel confident in their choice. You’ll be responsible for maintaining your station, sterilizing tools, and keeping the environment clean and welcoming for all guests. You’ll stay current on trends, techniques, and products — attending workshops or keeping an eye on what’s next in hair fashion. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and retail products that help clients maintain their style between visits. You’ll work alongside other stylists in a friendly, collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and good energy are part of the culture. You’ll manage your time well, respecting every appointment and making sure no one feels rushed or overlooked.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in staff meetings or workshops to improve service quality and team coordination.
• Stay calm under pressure during busy hours or demanding clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle, color, and overall hair goals.
• Keep learning, practicing, and growing—hair artistry is always evolving.
• Assist with salon duties like cleaning, reception, and retail sales when required.

Preferred:

• Can maintain client relationships, encourage repeat visits, and build a personal client base.
• Familiar with current hair trends, classic techniques, and salon-quality finishing standards.
• Values creativity, communication, and customer satisfaction in every service.
• Skilled in coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and full-color applications.
• Able to work efficiently with walk-ins, appointments, and special event bookings (e.g. weddings, proms).
