Description:

We’re looking for a Taxi Driver who’s dependable, tech-savvy, and ready to offer friendly, stress-free rides to every passenger — whether it’s through a booking app or street pickup. You’ll pick up and drop off passengers efficiently, using the best routes while adapting to traffic and changing conditions. You’ll offer friendly greetings, assist with luggage, and provide helpful tips if asked — from great food spots to scenic routes. You’ll navigate the city efficiently, using GPS and experience to avoid traffic, roadblocks, or confusion. You’ll drive safely and steadily, creating a calm experience that lets passengers relax and enjoy the ride. You’ll maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle that reflects professionalism and makes a great first impression. You’ll use GPS or personal knowledge to stay accurate and efficient, especially when handling language barriers or foreign addresses. You’ll monitor your shift schedule, fuel levels, and rest breaks responsibly to stay alert and focused all night. You’ll report maintenance issues or incidents promptly and help keep the vehicle in top working condition.

Basic Qualifications:

• Build a reputation for reliability, safety, and honesty to earn repeat customers or tips.
• Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to dispatch or management promptly.
• Assist passengers with luggage, mobility needs, or directions when needed.
• Handle emergencies calmly, knowing when to pull over, call for help, or reroute if needed.
• Provide friendly, respectful service while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Fleet Supervisor, Dispatcher, or Private Chauffeur.
• Willing to suggest local attractions, restaurants, or travel tips to enhance the passenger experience.
• Strong knowledge of local streets, traffic patterns, shortcuts, and major landmarks.
• Capable of handling cash, card, or app-based payments accurately and issuing receipts when necessary.
• Open to taking on corporate clients, tourist routes, or working with ride-sharing services.
