Description:

We’re seeking a Remote CRM Specialist who can bring order, structure, and intelligence to our customer data ecosystem. You’ll manage our CRM system with precision, ensuring the right data reaches the right people at the right time. You’ll help us better understand our audience by organizing, segmenting, and tracking customer interactions from first touch to loyal user. You’ll own the CRM workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards that drive smarter decisions. You’ll keep the CRM neat, well-documented, and easy to use, even as the business grows and scales. You’ll review current setups, eliminate redundancies, and propose scalable systems as the business evolves. You’ll build and maintain data pipelines, segment audiences, and optimize lead flows with precision. You’ll troubleshoot integration issues, fine-tune email logic, and test flows before they ever go live. You’re the kind of person who documents everything so others don’t have to guess later.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track lifecycle journeys and suggest ways to improve customer experience based on engagement data.
• Manage role-based access controls to ensure users only see what they need and protect sensitive data.
• Support onboarding of new team members by training them on CRM best practices, workflows, and data hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs that track customer engagement and performance.
• Assist in migrating data from spreadsheets, legacy tools, or other platforms into the CRM smoothly and securely.

Preferred:

• Excited to grow into roles like CRM Manager, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Operations Specialist.
• Curious about user behavior and how to improve lifecycle and retention using CRM tools.
• Understands how CRM supports sales funnels, customer success, and team alignment.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams remotely.
• Understands how to manage contacts, pipelines, deal stages, and automation flows.
