Description:

We’re seeking an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s excited to grow within the world of performance-based marketing and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll play a key support role by managing outreach lists, keeping tabs on partner performance, and making sure every affiliate has what they need to succeed. You’ll be the person behind the scenes ensuring affiliates get what they need when they need it — from promo assets and discount codes to timely communication and performance updates. You’ll help identify potential affiliates, assist with outreach, and make sure new partners are welcomed and onboarded with everything they need to succeed. You know how to stay on top of follow-ups, write friendly check-in emails, and make sure affiliates always feel supported and seen. If something’s broken — a link, a promo code, a file — you’re the kind of person who quietly fixes it before anyone notices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help test and validate affiliate tracking systems to ensure data is accurate and commissions are correctly attributed.
• Be the behind-the-scenes engine that helps affiliates feel supported, motivated, and ready to promote.
• Help onboard new affiliates by sharing guidelines, tracking links, creatives, and answering basic questions.
• Review affiliate applications and assist in vetting for brand fit, audience relevance, and quality.
• Work with the analytics team to analyze traffic and conversions generated from affiliate efforts.

Preferred:

• Strong communication skills for reaching out to partners and handling follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of how affiliate marketing works and its role in digital growth.
• Organized when it comes to managing partner lists, terms, and payments.
• Willing to learn about SEO, content marketing, and how traffic affects affiliate success.
• Can write simple briefs or updates for partners about upcoming promotions.
