Description:
We’re seeking a Webflow Developer who doesn’t just build websites — you craft digital experiences that feel smooth, modern, and intentional. You know that Webflow isn’t just a drag-and-drop tool — it’s a full-fledged development environment when used by the right hands. You take pride in structured class naming, fully responsive layouts, and lightning-fast page loads. You’re fluent in Webflow’s CMS, Interactions, and Designer tools, and you’ve probably built everything from simple landing pages to robust, multi-page marketing websites. Whether you’re working from Figma files, wireframes, or a napkin sketch, you can take an idea and turn it into a production-ready site that feels thoughtful and polished. When needed, you’re comfortable writing a little custom code to go beyond Webflow’s limitations, but you also know how to keep it clean and maintainable. You don’t just build — you solve problems, optimize flows, and bring ideas to life.
Basic Qualifications:
- Troubleshoot layout bugs, cross-browser issues, and performance bottlenecks before or after launch.
- Advise non-technical stakeholders on what's possible, what’s not, and how to get there within budget.
- Build with scalability in mind—whether it’s one page or a whole CMS-driven ecosystem, structure matters.
- Stay updated on Webflow updates, cloneables, and community best practices to constantly improve your builds.
- Support QA, staging, and deployment processes to ensure launches go smoothly and without surprises.
Preferred:
- Knows how to use integrations like Zapier, Memberstack, Jetboost, or Finsweet libraries.
- Comfortable managing projects inside the Webflow Designer and Editor modes.
- Wants to grow into roles like Webflow Lead, Product Designer, or No-Code Engineer.
- Proficient in Webflow with experience building responsive websites from scratch.
- Understands the box model, positioning, and how styles cascade in Webflow.
Benefits:
- Room to grow into lead developer, Webflow educator, or product designer.
- We test on real devices, real browsers — not just Chrome on a 27” iMac.
- We believe in systemized style guides, no-nonsense class naming, and actual documentation.
- Designers love working with you — because you *get* responsive logic and interactions.
- Access to paid tools like Finsweet, Relume, Jetboost, Memberstack, and more.
You’ve likely launched several Webflow projects already — maybe even a portfolio full of client work or templates you’ve sold online. You understand the importance of accessibility, semantic structure, and optimizing for both SEO and performance. You’re proactive, communicative, and care about shipping quality work that makes brands look better online. If you’re someone who enjoys solving layout puzzles, polishing transitions, and building sites that clients love and users remember, then let’s build something amazing together. Whether it’s a one-pager or a full CMS-driven ecosystem, you bring clarity, speed, and attention to every build. If crafting web experiences that stand out is your thing — we’d love to have you on board.
