We’re seeking an Emergency Room Nurse who can think fast, move smart, and stay calm in the middle of the unexpected — someone who brings order to chaos and compassion to crisis moments. You’ll monitor patient conditions, track vitals, and respond to changes with speed and clinical judgment. You’ll handle trauma, cardiac events, overdoses, fevers, fractures, and everything in between — sometimes all in one shift. You’ll coordinate with doctors and allied health professionals to ensure each patient receives consistent, well-rounded treatment. You’ll take the time to explain, listen, and reassure — whether you’re with a worried parent, a confused elderly patient, or someone in recovery. You’ll document events and interventions in real time, balancing speed with legal precision. You’ll also support junior staff, nursing assistants, and new team members by sharing knowledge and keeping workflows smooth. You’ll notice subtle changes in behavior or condition, often before they become urgent — because you’re paying attention. You’ll advocate for patients’ rights, needs, and well-being — especially when they cannot speak for themselves.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond calmly and efficiently in emergencies—whether it’s CPR, trauma, or sudden deterioration.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Mentor nursing students or junior staff when appropriate, modeling best practices.
• Be the steady presence patients rely on—you’re the heartbeat of the care team.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of patient care, observations, and clinical decisions.

Preferred:

• Able to manage physical demands of nursing such as lifting, standing, and extended shifts.
