Description:

We’re hiring a Waiter/Waitress who understands that great service is about care, not just speed — someone who notices the little things and makes every guest feel like a regular. You’ll welcome guests with a genuine smile, make them feel comfortable, and ensure they’re taken care of from the moment they sit down. You’ll guide guests through the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and answer questions with patience and clarity. You’ll handle food and drink orders with attention to detail, ensuring that every request is delivered just as it was asked. You’ll help guests navigate the menu, suggest options, and handle special requests with attention and care. You’ll stay connected with the kitchen and bar to keep timing smooth and courses flowing naturally. You’ll support a clean, organized dining area and help reset tables quickly for the next group of guests. You’ll coordinate with kitchen staff, runners, and hosts to keep communication fluid and orders timely. You’ll also learn how to handle customer concerns respectfully and when to call a manager for support.

Basic Qualifications:

• Serve meals and beverages in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Keep your section clean and organized, resetting tables promptly for the next guests.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols, including sanitizing tables and handling utensils properly.
• Support host staff and bussers when needed to keep the dining flow smooth.
• Report any equipment issues, spills, or safety concerns to management right away.

Preferred:

• Willing to refill drinks, clear plates promptly, and check in without being intrusive.
• Background or strong interest in hospitality, customer service, or food & beverage.
• Understands proper table settings, serving etiquette, and how to create a pleasant dining experience.
• Team-oriented and ready to support other servers, hosts, or bussers during busy periods.
• Thrives in energetic, people-focused environments with teamwork and fast-paced service.
