We’re searching for a Canva-savvy creative who can turn blank pages into beautifully designed, scroll-stopping templates. You know how to take a blank canvas and turn it into something that feels intentional, balanced, and undeniably useful. Whether it’s an Instagram carousel, a business proposal, a course workbook, or a digital planner, your work makes people say, “Wait… can I get this template? You understand how to balance fonts, colors, spacing, and structure to make anything look instantly professional and usable. Canva isn’t just a tool for you — it’s your favorite creative playground. You’ve probably created and sold your own template packs or helped brands scale their design output without sacrificing consistency. Canva is your second home — you know the ins and outs, from setting up custom dimensions to using brand kits, grids, and reusable elements like a pro. You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and always thinking about how to make the next design even better.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create templates with a beginner-friendly mindset—clear structure, editable text boxes, grouped elements, and intuitive layouts.
• Organize templates into collections and deliver them with proper naming, layer structure, and guidance for end-users.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, and layout across template packs while allowing for flexibility and user editing.
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic across your portfolio while experimenting with new styles and layouts.
• Support digital product launches (e.g. Etsy, Gumroad, personal site) by preparing template previews, mockups, and usage demos.

Preferred:

• Excited to work remotely, manage their own workflow, and deliver client-ready templates.
• Experience designing templates for marketing campaigns, lead magnets, or digital products.
• Comfortable creating templates for marketplaces like Etsy, Creative Market, or Gumroad.
• Comfortable working with feedback and iterating on designs to meet client needs.
• Knows how to organize and name template files for easy client use and resale.
