Description:

We’re looking for a Pastry Decorator who turns desserts into works of art — someone who combines precision, patience, and creativity to make every cake, tart, and pastry visually unforgettable. You’ll decorate cakes, cupcakes, and assorted desserts according to our daily production schedule and style guides. You’ll work with delicate techniques like hand-painted florals, gold leaf application, sugar sculpting, and advanced fondant modeling. You’ll sketch ideas, choose color palettes, and plan structural components to ensure your designs are both stunning and stable. You’ll collaborate with the baking team to ensure timing aligns — so each item is decorated fresh and ready for delivery or pickup. You’ll follow custom order sheets carefully and make sure every personalized request is honored — names spelled right, colors matched, sizes correct. You’ll help prep décor elements in batches, from sugar flowers to piped embellishments and painted accents. You’ll maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow hygiene and food safety protocols at all times. You’ll contribute to seasonal collections, new menu items, and display concepts that reflect current trends and customer tastes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Clean and maintain tools like piping tips, spatulas, and airbrush kits for long-term use.
• Work with precision—even when the detail work takes patience and a steady hand.
• Take pride in turning baked goods into edible works of art that wow customers every time.
• Manage decorating timelines to ensure all orders are completed on schedule and ready for pickup or service.
• Photograph finished products for portfolio, social media, or marketing use.
