Description:

We’re offering a trainee position for someone deeply interested in psychology, coaching, and human development — no prior experience required, just a sincere desire to help people grow. You’ll assist in supporting client journeys by helping to prepare reflective prompts, self-assessment tools, and session summaries. We’ll teach you how to create safe, supportive spaces where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated. You’ll observe one-on-one sessions and group trainings to understand how theory becomes practice. We’ll show you how to design engaging self-help materials that blend psychology, coaching, and habit science. You’ll participate in mock sessions, help prepare reflection exercises, and study how people respond to different coaching styles. We’ll show you how to track client progress, document breakthroughs, and recognize subtle behavioral patterns. We’ll guide you in developing your own communication and listening skills through roleplay and real feedback. You’ll help research motivational models, resilience strategies, and the psychology of habit change.

Basic Qualifications:

• Encourage accountability while maintaining empathy—growth isn’t always comfortable.
• Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to help individuals overcome mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Track your own growth as a coach—self-awareness is part of the job.
• Create supportive materials like worksheets, meditations, or follow-up emails.
• Stay updated on personal development trends, psychological research, and coaching best practices.

Preferred:

• Familiar with tools like CBT, mindfulness, goal setting, journaling, or strengths-based coaching.
• Can tailor sessions to individual needs—career growth, stress management, confidence building, or relationship improvement.
• Able to design exercises, workbooks, or frameworks that support personal growth outside of sessions.
• Organized in maintaining session records, progress tracking, and follow-up systems.
• Able to work with individuals from diverse cultural or professional backgrounds.
