Description:

We’re looking for an Interior Designer who understands how to make a space feel like home — someone who listens deeply, designs with empathy, and creates environments that reflect people’s lives and stories. You’ll lead design projects from concept development through execution, focusing on both aesthetic excellence and functional outcomes. You’ll create layouts, finishes palettes, and 3D visualizations that reflect the unique goals and personalities of each client. You’ll interpret client goals into cohesive spatial experiences, weaving together light, material, texture, and proportion. You’ll develop mood boards, floor plans, and 3D visuals that help clients imagine the life they’ll live in each space. You’ll select materials that are as practical as they are beautiful, ensuring comfort, durability, and long-term enjoyment. You’ll attend site walkthroughs, adapt to on-site realities, and ensure every detail meets your standards. You’ll be present on-site for walkthroughs, installations, and those final finishing touches that complete the atmosphere. You’ll help define visual standards for spatial branding and contribute to systems that scale across locations or product lines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Document and organize your projects for portfolio use and future client references.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to help visualize design ideas clearly.
• Handle revisions with grace, ensuring changes don’t compromise the overall vision.
• Source unique or custom furnishings and finishes that elevate the space.
• Design with emotion—spaces should tell stories, create comfort, and inspire those who live or work in them.

Preferred:

• Enjoys transforming interiors into environments that inspire comfort, productivity, or emotion.
• Can collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, engineers, and project managers on multidisciplinary teams.
• Values beauty, functionality, and human-centered thinking in every space designed.
• Capable of preparing professional design proposals, documentation, and specification packages.
• Understands how to incorporate brand identity into corporate or commercial interior spaces.
