Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to clean and maintain large vehicles such as trucks, buses, and commercial vans — perfect for someone who’s physically strong, reliable, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty for a job well done. You’ll perform deep cleaning of both interiors and exteriors, restoring cars to like-new condition for customers, dealers, or resale. You’ll wash, rinse, and dry vehicles using water-efficient systems, foam cannons, and microfiber towels. You’ll vacuum interiors, clean windows, wipe dashboards, and freshen up seats without needing access to fixed facilities. You’ll follow a detailed checklist for each service package, ensuring consistent quality across all jobs. You’ll help move vehicles in and out of wash bays or drying areas, ensuring proper spacing and flow of traffic. You’ll use eco-friendly products and low-water techniques to minimize environmental impact and maximize customer satisfaction. You’ll rotate between wash bays, delivery prep, showroom wipe-downs, and auction-ready cleanings depending on daily tasks. You’ll help stage vehicles for cleaning, back them out safely after washing, and assist in organizing fleet rows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow instructions carefully and ask questions if unsure about a product or procedure.
• Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, and tires to remove dirt, brake dust, and grime.
• Take pride in making each car look its best, from economy models to luxury vehicles.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent damage to vehicles, tools, or yourself.
• Respect personal property left inside vehicles and report anything unusual or valuable found.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in automotive care, detailing, or customer service roles.
• Willing to handle all types of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, trucks, or luxury models.
• Wants to grow into roles like Lead Detailer, Car Wash Supervisor, or Mobile Detailing Technician.
• Values cleanliness, efficiency, and precision in daily work.
• Willing to assist with prepping vehicles before service (e.g., removing debris, rinsing, taping delicate areas).

You’ll work alone or in pairs, depending on the day’s bookings and location logistics. You’ll be responsible for keeping the mobile unit clean, functional, and ready for each shift. You’ll support service advisors by washing vehicles after oil changes or maintenance visits as a courtesy to customers. You’ll work alongside sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready exactly when needed — no delays or re-washes. You’ll receive mentorship from senior detailers or porters who’ll help you grow into advanced prep or lot roles. You’ll receive support from shift leads and get better with each car — learning tips, tools, and time-saving tricks.
