Description:

We’re seeking a Gynecologist who views women’s health as a lifelong partnership — someone who offers expert guidance, clear communication, and nonjudgmental care across all stages of life. You’ll conduct physical examinations, perform diagnostic screenings, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s reproductive health needs. You’ll manage a variety of cases — from menstrual concerns and hormonal imbalances to pregnancy monitoring and postnatal support. You’ll perform procedures such as Pap smears, ultrasounds, biopsies, and contraceptive insertions with skill and clear communication. You’ll guide patients through birth control options, fertility treatments, and pregnancy preparation with honesty and compassion. You’ll create a safe, calm environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and making informed decisions. You’ll follow patients over time, providing continuity of care that builds trust and improves outcomes. You’ll work alongside nurses, sonographers, and primary care teams to ensure coordinated and efficient patient journeys. You’ll ensure that all documentation is complete, secure, and meets regulatory standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Diagnose and treat conditions related to menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, menopause, and hormonal disorders.
• Participate in public health education and awareness initiatives when appropriate.
• Mentor junior staff, interns, or residents in clinical best practices and compassionate care.
• Work closely with obstetricians, endocrinologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
• Advise adolescent, adult, and menopausal patients with tailored communication and treatment approaches.

Preferred:

• Thrives in high-responsibility, emotionally sensitive environments where expertise directly impacts lives.
• Knowledgeable in managing reproductive system cancers, pelvic pain, and other complex gynecological conditions.
• Experience performing routine exams, pap smears, breast exams, and prenatal care appointments.
• Able to diagnose and treat reproductive health issues including hormonal disorders, infections, and menstrual concerns.
• Organized with patient records, follow-up scheduling, and electronic health documentation.
