Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Figma Designer to join our team and design intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring design concepts to life. You’ll be tasked with maintaining design consistency across all projects by developing design systems and reusable components in Figma. You’ll create interactive prototypes in Figma, demonstrating user flows and interactions for client reviews and usability testing. You’ll manage and organize Figma files, ensuring that they are easily accessible and well-documented for collaboration across teams. You’ll iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and user testing, ensuring continuous improvement in design quality. You’ll create visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces while keeping accessibility and usability at the forefront.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate asynchronously via Figma comments, Loom videos, Notion docs, or Slack updates—especially in remote teams.
• Keep up with UI/UX design trends, Figma updates, and best practices to improve the quality of your work.
• Contribute to team design critiques with thoughtful feedback and openness to learn from others.
• Design accessible interfaces—thinking about color contrast, type size, and interaction states for all users.
• Coordinate with marketing or content teams when UI intersects with campaigns or editorial visuals.

Preferred:

• Experience building responsive designs for web and mobile breakpoints.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, or product managers.
• Open to design critiques and capable of explaining rationale behind UI decisions.
• Knows how to follow and contribute to brand guidelines or design systems.
• Comfortable working with constraints, variants, and nested frames for clean design files.
