Description:

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the logistics process from suppliers to customers, ensuring that all goods are shipped on time. Every day, you’ll coordinate shipments, confirm deliveries, and resolve delays like a pro. You’ll update records, handle logistics software, and make sure everything stays accurate and current. You’ll assist with warehouse operations, ensuring goods are stored properly and easy to access for efficient order fulfillment. You’ll ensure that all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for transportation to meet safety and regulatory requirements. If there's a disruption in the supply chain, you're the first to jump in with a backup plan. You’ll keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine — even when challenges arise. You’ll maintain accurate records of logistics operations, including shipment receipts, tracking information, and inventory updates.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use tools like Excel, SAP, NetSuite, or logistics software to track orders, shipments, and stock levels accurately.
• Verify that shipments are correctly labeled, packaged, and documented to minimize risk and comply with destination requirements.
• Adapt to unexpected situations calmly—logistics involves moving targets, and flexibility is essential.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to align order fulfillment with customer expectations and internal timelines.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics when needed—ensuring smooth handling of returned goods.

Preferred:

• Able to coordinate between warehouse, procurement, and sales to align inventory with demand.
• Familiar with logistics software, shipping platforms, or spreadsheets for tracking orders.
• Understands how to track performance metrics like on-time delivery, fulfillment accuracy, or shipping cost per unit.
• Wants to grow into roles like Supply Chain Analyst, Operations Manager, or Fulfillment Lead.
• Thrives in deadline-driven, remote-friendly work environments that reward precision and coordination.
