Description:

We’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s excited to help build and scale partnerships that drive real growth. In this role, you won’t just sit on the sidelines — you’ll play an active part in managing our affiliate network, supporting top performers, and finding new ways to make our program thrive. You’ll be the person behind the scenes ensuring affiliates get what they need when they need it — from promo assets and discount codes to timely communication and performance updates. You’ll help keep affiliate data clean and accurate, monitor performance metrics, and flag trends that deserve a second look. You know how to stay on top of follow-ups, write friendly check-in emails, and make sure affiliates always feel supported and seen. If something’s broken — a link, a promo code, a file — you’re the kind of person who quietly fixes it before anyone notices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help test and validate affiliate tracking systems to ensure data is accurate and commissions are correctly attributed.
• Help onboard new affiliates by sharing guidelines, tracking links, creatives, and answering basic questions.
• Track discount codes and campaign-specific links so we can measure what converts best.
• Work with the analytics team to analyze traffic and conversions generated from affiliate efforts.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver banners, copy, and assets that affiliates can actually use.

Preferred:

• Can identify high-performing campaigns and summarize results for managers.
• Comfortable working remotely, managing tasks, and reporting progress.
• Basic understanding of how affiliate marketing works and its role in digital growth.
• Can write simple briefs or updates for partners about upcoming promotions.
• Pays attention to detail when checking links, commissions, and tracking tags.
