Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker for our night shift team — perfect for someone who prefers quiet hours, steady tasks, and working behind the scenes to keep operations moving. You’ll work in chilled and freezer zones where food products, medical supplies, or temperature-sensitive goods are stored and processed daily. You’ll help prep the floor for the next day’s shipments, making sure everything is sorted, staged, and clearly labeled. You’ll help unload incoming inventory, sort products by SKU or category, and restock shelves to maintain real-time inventory accuracy. You’ll help load and unload temperature-controlled trucks, ensuring items are handled quickly to avoid spoilage. You’ll assist in inventory counts, cycle checks, and restocking tasks using handheld scanners or digital tracking systems. You’ll follow packaging standards for fragile, oversized, or multi-item orders to reduce damage during delivery. You’ll be trained in warehouse safety and expected to follow lockout/tagout procedures and emergency protocols when working alone or with a small team. You’ll help maintain a clean, frost-free workspace by following defrosting, floor drying, and spill cleanup protocols.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist with training new staff on safety protocols, task procedures, or warehouse layout.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles according to schedules and procedures.
• Take pride in keeping the warehouse efficient, organized, and running like clockwork.
• Follow specific handling instructions for temperature-sensitive or regulated items.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors.

Preferred:

• Able to follow standard operating procedures, complete assigned tasks on time, and contribute to warehouse productivity goals.
• Capable of performing cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving stock discrepancies with minimal supervision.
• Able to receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution facility with a focus on inventory movement and order fulfillment.
• Willing to support light equipment maintenance, packaging supply restocking, or recycling efforts.
