Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Discord Server Designer to create an engaging, organized, and welcoming environment for our community. You’ll be in charge of designing the structure of the server, ensuring that each channel has a clear purpose and is easy to navigate. Your creativity will shine through in custom channel layouts, user roles, and graphics that make the server feel alive and welcoming. You’ll work closely with community managers to ensure the server is safe, fun, and inclusive for all members. You’ll be familiar with Discord’s features, from voice channels to bots, using them creatively to improve the user experience. You’ll ensure that each server section has a clear purpose and intuitive navigation for seamless user experience. You’ll incorporate bots and automations to streamline tasks, enhance interaction, and improve member management. You’ll help automate repetitive tasks with bots and integrations, improving the overall flow and ease of server management. You understand how to balance aesthetics and functionality — making sure everything has a purpose while still looking visually appealing.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support branding consistency by using proper naming, visuals, and tone across the server.
• Configure automation tools and bot integrations for moderation, announcements, leveling systems, or custom commands.
• Set up onboarding flows, welcome messages, and verification systems using bots like MEE6, Carl-bot, or custom scripts.
• Treat the server like a product—every click, reaction, and welcome message contributes to the experience.
• Create templates or cloneable setups that can be reused for future projects, clients, or campaigns.

Preferred:

• Comfortable customizing emojis, server icons, banners, and visual branding elements.
• Knows how to create onboarding flows using embeds, reaction roles, or select menus.
• Familiar with using third-party integrations like Zapier, Tally forms, or webhook systems.
• Familiar with server templates, backups, and exporting/importing configurations.
• Background or interest in community management, UX design, branding, or tech.
