Description:

We’re looking for Construction Worker Trainees to join our interior and exterior finishing crew — no experience required, just a careful hand, good attitude, and willingness to learn every day. Join us as a Construction Worker Trainee and we’ll help you learn from zero. You’ll begin with essential safety training, including how to wear protective gear and move safely on site. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced crew leads who will show you how things are really built — not just in theory, but with your hands. You’ll begin with simple tasks: carrying materials, keeping the site clean, measuring, marking, and helping more experienced workers stay on track. You’ll gradually be introduced to hand tools and power tools — always under supervision to ensure you’re learning safely. You’ll understand how to check lines, edges, and joins — and how to stop, ask, and fix something before it’s covered forever. Expect to break a sweat, get your hands dirty, and feel like you accomplished something by the end of each day. You’ll be expected to ask questions, take direction, and never pretend to know something when you don’t — that’s how real pros grow.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, or site managers to support building, renovation, or demolition projects safely and efficiently.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, missing materials, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
  • Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters, masons, plumbers) by preparing work areas and fetching tools or materials.
  • Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, or barricades as needed to support site operations.
  • Perform site clean-up duties such as removing debris, sweeping, disposing of waste, or managing temporary fencing.

Preferred:

  • Background or interest in construction, building, renovation, or skilled trades.
  • Understands basic construction processes such as framing, pouring concrete, or demolition.
  • Thrives in active, physical environments with clear goals and strong teamwork.
  • Can assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, or masons with their daily tasks.
  • Enjoys working with their hands and seeing real progress at the end of each day.

Benefits:

  • Work boots worn in, not worn out — that’s how we measure experience.
  • Plenty of hours available — if you want the extra shift, we’ve got it.
  • Reliable job sites — no hopping from place to place every week.
  • Opportunities for raises and bonuses — your effort doesn’t go unnoticed.
  • Referral bonuses for bringing in good people you trust.

You’ll work outside, in the cold, in the heat, and sometimes in the mud — but you’ll go home knowing you did something useful, visible, and real. You’ll learn to protect finished work from damage, clean as you go, and leave your space better than you found it. The first few days might feel tough, but that’s how you grow strong — in body and mindset. You’ll begin to understand how walls go up, concrete gets poured, and how a site runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll get stronger, sharper, and more confident with every job site, every tool, every lesson. You’ll leave each shift with something visible done: a wall smoothed, a tile set, a floor painted, and your name behind the finish. You’ll finish every day knowing you worked hard, earned your keep, and built something you can point to with pride. If you’re ready to build a skill you can take anywhere — and turn raw space into something finished with your own hands — we’re ready to show you how. If you’re ready to start building a career you can stand on — this is where it begins.
