Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our team and bring dynamic visuals to life. You’ll be responsible for designing motion graphics for videos, advertisements, websites, and social media content. You’ll work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and develop animations that align with brand aesthetics and messaging. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from explainer videos and product animations to advertisements and social media content. You’ll collaborate with video editors and other designers to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into various media projects. You’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and new ideas for animation techniques and styles. You’ll explore new animation techniques and trends to keep content fresh, creative, and aligned with the latest design styles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Understand storytelling flow, pacing, and emotion—motion isn’t just movement, it’s communication.
• Revise animations based on stakeholder feedback—refining timing, easing, and visual rhythm for polish and clarity.
• Stay up to date with animation trends, styles, and tools to keep your work modern and relevant.
• Maintain consistency across animated content so the brand identity feels unified across all platforms.
• Contribute to branded templates or reusable motion libraries for faster content creation at scale.

Preferred:

• Proficient in motion design tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understands timing, easing, and visual rhythm in motion design.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Motion Designer, Art Director, or Video Lead.
• Familiar with sound design basics or syncing motion to music, voiceovers, or SFX.
• Able to adapt designs for multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
