We’re hiring a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s passionate about data, curious by nature, and ready to turn numbers into narratives. You’ll help us make smarter business decisions by organizing raw data, spotting trends, and turning numbers into clear, actionable insights. You’ll dive into spreadsheets, write basic SQL queries, and assist with maintaining dashboards that track key business metrics. You don’t need to have all the answers — but you should be eager to explore, test assumptions, and learn from both successes and mistakes. Whether it’s helping marketing understand campaign performance or helping product teams uncover user patterns, you’ll play a part in shaping strategy with every chart and query. You’re comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL, and you’re open to learning BI platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ask questions when you're unsure—you're not expected to know everything, just to learn fast and stay curious.
• Celebrate small wins—your analysis helps the company make better decisions, one report at a time.
• Help define and track KPIs for various departments, keeping dashboards updated and relevant.
• Help maintain data pipelines and flag any inconsistencies or missing values you encounter.
• Be proactive about asking for feedback or clarification instead of waiting to get stuck.

• Open to receiving feedback from senior analysts and improving technical skills.
• Curious about how businesses make data-driven decisions and improve efficiency.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts like trends, correlations, and outliers.

• Can assist in building reports or dashboards for different departments or clients.
