Description:

We’re hiring a creative Digital Illustrator to help us craft visually stunning and impactful designs for various digital projects. You’ll be responsible for creating detailed, high-quality illustrations for websites, social media posts, advertisements, and more. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and content creators to ensure your illustrations align with overall brand and campaign strategies. You’ll use design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other illustration software to create polished and professional designs. You’ll contribute to the development of visual concepts, storyboards, and illustrations that engage audiences and communicate ideas effectively. You’ll adapt your illustration style to match the tone and goals of each project, ensuring it meets client specifications. You’ll work on both long-term and short-term projects, managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and precision. You’ll work on illustrations for various purposes, including characters, infographics, icons, and product illustrations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Research visual references and trends to bring fresh, relevant ideas to your work.
• Adapt illustration style to fit different brands, tones, and project needs—whether it's minimalist, whimsical, realistic, or editorial.
• Revise and refine artwork based on feedback, maintaining consistency in color, proportion, and visual storytelling.
• Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving feedback constructively to improve the final output.
• Be open to experimenting with new techniques or mediums that push your creative boundaries.

Preferred:

• Can adapt style depending on the target audience, client, or platform requirements.
• Values originality, clarity, and impact in their visual work.
• Stays updated on illustration trends, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging tools.
• Open to feedback and capable of revising illustrations quickly while maintaining quality.
• Organized with file management, layer structure, and version control in illustration files.
