Description:

We’re hiring a driven and results-oriented Remote Recruiter to help us build a high-performing team by attracting top talent. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines for various roles. You’ll work with hiring managers to identify key role requirements, ensuring job descriptions and candidate profiles are clear and accurate. You’ll proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. You’ll conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure candidates align with the company’s values and culture. You’ll work with candidates to discuss their qualifications, experience, and expectations, providing a clear picture of the role. You’ll keep track of all recruitment activities, managing a pipeline of candidates for current and future positions. You’ll help develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we have a pool of qualified candidates.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Conduct initial interviews via phone or video calls to assess soft skills, qualifications, and interest.
  • Provide a positive experience for every applicant—even those who don’t move forward—by offering feedback or closure when possible.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and culture fit for each position.
  • Adapt recruiting tactics based on the role—whether it’s tech, design, marketing, operations, or customer support.
  • Stay up to date on remote hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations for distributed teams.

Preferred:

  • Thrives in fast-paced, remote environments where communication and initiative are key.
  • Comfortable writing compelling job descriptions and posting them across various channels.
  • Organized with structured pipelines, sourcing strategies, and follow-up cadences.
  • Background or interest in HR, talent acquisition, psychology, or business.
  • Experience coordinating with hiring teams, scheduling interviews, and collecting feedback.
