Description:

We’re seeking a Music Producer who thrives on versatility — someone who can craft polished soundscapes for streaming hits, cinematic trailers, brand campaigns, or immersive digital experiences with the same level of creativity and control. You’ll work closely with artists, writers, and engineers to shape the sonic direction of songs, EPs, or full albums. You’ll guide artists, clients, and creative teams through the production process — from sketch ideas to polished delivery. We expect you to bring your own musical instincts to the table, while also adapting to the vision and voice of each artist. You’ll work across genres, helping artists explore their range while maintaining cohesion and purpose in every track. You’ll work across genres, tempos, and moods — from intimate ballads to high-energy anthems — with authenticity and craft. You’ll manage stems, sessions, file delivery, and naming conventions across fast-moving deadlines and feedback loops. You’ll collaborate with vocal producers, engineers, and co-writers to ensure a seamless process from first idea to final master. You’ll contribute to sound selection, harmonic structure, dynamic flow, and overall track cohesion.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experiment with effects, layering, and sampling to create unique textures and sounds.
• Protect intellectual property—register compositions, clear samples, and track rights.
• Manage studio sessions, keeping artists focused, inspired, and on schedule.
• Balance perfectionism with progress—know when a track is done.
• Stay up to date on production trends, plugins, gear, and new sounds across genres.

Preferred:

• Able to collaborate with vocalists, instrumentalists, or songwriters to shape the creative direction of a track.
• Familiar with creative trends in sound design, vocal processing, and streaming-ready arrangements.
• Can adapt production style to client vision while maintaining technical and artistic quality.
• Comfortable building beats, composing melodies, arranging tracks, and finalizing mixes.
• Understands music publishing, rights, and metadata management for digital distribution.
