Description:

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who’s equal parts designer, builder, and digital problem solver. You have a deep understanding of Webflow’s visual development platform and use it to deliver high-quality, fully responsive sites without cutting corners. Webflow is second nature to you; you know how to structure projects efficiently, build with reusable components, and keep everything clean under the hood. You’re fluent in Webflow’s CMS, Interactions, and Designer tools, and you’ve probably built everything from simple landing pages to robust, multi-page marketing websites. You understand best practices for SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization — and you care about every detail, from heading hierarchy to load speed. You care about performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, and page speed — all the little things that turn a good site into a great one. You know how to use CMS to empower clients and content teams, and you’re confident integrating third-party tools or adding a bit of custom code when Webflow’s native features fall short.

Basic Qualifications:

• Set up CMS collections, dynamic pages, filters, and conditional visibility to make content management easy for non-tech teams.
• Support landing page creation for marketing experiments with quick turnarounds and clean versioning.
• Stay updated on Webflow updates, cloneables, and community best practices to constantly improve your builds.
• Support QA, staging, and deployment processes to ensure launches go smoothly and without surprises.
• Export and hand off clean HTML/CSS when needed, especially for hybrid setups or migration plans.

Preferred:

• Comfortable managing projects inside the Webflow Designer and Editor modes.
• Interested in automation, no-code workflows, and scaling design-to-dev pipelines.
• Able to turn Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.
• Knows how to optimize sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility within Webflow.
• Understands website best practices for usability, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
