Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our team and bring dynamic visuals to life. You’ll be responsible for designing motion graphics for videos, advertisements, websites, and social media content. You’ll collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and bring ideas to life through dynamic motion graphics. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender to create dynamic, high-quality motion graphics. You’ll use tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D to bring ideas to life with smooth transitions, effects, and 3D elements. You’ll ensure all animations are optimized for different platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. You’ll help bring static designs to life, using animation techniques to add excitement, emotion, and energy to content. You’ll work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all animations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage and organize motion project files, keeping layers, comps, and assets clean and editable for team collaboration.
• Stay up to date with animation trends, styles, and tools to keep your work modern and relevant.
• Design for accessibility and clarity—make sure motion enhances the experience, not overwhelms it.
• Create eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and transitions for video content, ads, social media, and product explainers.
• Design animated assets such as logo reveals, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and short-form visual loops.

Preferred:

• Experience creating assets for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Interested in experimenting with new tools, styles, and animation trends.
• Values clarity, emotion, and purpose in every frame of motion work.
• Thrives in fast-paced creative environments with remote collaboration.
• Able to collaborate with designers, editors, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
