Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee our profile and optimize our gigs for maximum success. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling gig titles, descriptions, and images that stand out and attract customers. You’ll manage client communication, responding to inquiries quickly and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the sales process. You’ll analyze gig data, track performance, and adjust listings based on results to maximize conversions and visibility. You’ll be the point of contact for client inquiries, offering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. You’ll help manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service to maintain positive reviews and repeat clients. You’ll help identify opportunities to expand our services, create new gigs, and tap into profitable niches. You’ll monitor competition, identifying trends and incorporating new ideas to stay ahead in the market. You’ll work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions to attract new clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets to track gig performance, client status, and workflow history.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, discounts, or limited-time bundles to boost gig traffic.
• Set up auto-messages, gig requirements, and FAQs to streamline onboarding and reduce repetitive back-and-forth.
• Stay in sync with Fiverr community guidelines, TOS, and seller levels to avoid penalties and maximize visibility.
• Help with upsells and cross-sells by identifying buyer needs and suggesting relevant services.

Preferred:

• Familiar with Fiverr analytics tools and can monitor impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.
• Capable of resolving disputes calmly or escalating to Fiverr support when needed.
• Can help manage client communication across time zones with timely responses.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment with creative service offerings.
• Experience managing or assisting with service-based gigs on Fiverr or similar freelance platforms.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining an organized dashboard, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
