We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager who knows how to run a tight ship and isn’t afraid to make tough calls. You’ll take full ownership of after-hours operations, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. You’re not just checking boxes — you’re building systems that scale and teams that trust you. You’ll monitor productivity, enforce safety, and keep deadlines from becoming suggestions. You’ll lead with confidence, keeping your crew motivated, focused, and alert throughout the shift. You’ll coach your team like a leader, not a boss — pushing for performance while keeping morale high. You’ll ensure safety protocols are more than posters — they’re part of the team’s daily rhythm. You’ll make sure safety isn’t just a checklist — it’s baked into how your warehouse runs, from day one. You’ll conduct nightly safety checks, lockups, and log completions without compromise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prepare staffing plans for seasonal peaks, large orders, or product launches—balancing labor cost and workload effectively.
• Create SOPs and training materials to onboard new hires and support cross-training within the warehouse team.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams to align inventory planning with demand forecasts and customer needs.
• Respond to incidents such as equipment breakdowns, spills, or injuries with appropriate emergency procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.

Preferred:

• Familiar with inventory control systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Able to manage warehouse layout for optimal flow, safety, and storage efficiency.
• Can lead physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Understands the importance of cleanliness, safety signage, and traffic flow in busy warehouses.
• Wants to grow into roles like Operations Director, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Lead.
