Description:
We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help support our team with various administrative tasks. You’ll be responsible for managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that tasks and deadlines are tracked efficiently. You’ll handle email management, responding to inquiries, organizing the inbox, and prioritizing messages as needed. You’ll assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring they are professionally formatted and error-free. You’ll coordinate travel arrangements, from booking flights and hotels to organizing complete travel itineraries.
