Description:
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Notion Workspace Organizer to help us optimize and manage our digital workspace. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining well-structured Notion workspaces that are efficient and easy to navigate. You’ll assist in creating custom templates, databases, and task boards to streamline project management and team communication. You’ll help ensure that all documents, notes, and tasks are organized in a consistent, user-friendly way that promotes productivity. You’ll maintain a clear and organized structure for all documents, tasks, and projects, ensuring easy access for everyone. You’ll assist with organizing and structuring documents, notes, and project details, making sure all information is easy to find. You’ll provide ongoing support to team members, ensuring they understand how to use Notion effectively and efficiently. You’ll maintain a structured, organized system, ensuring that all documentation, files, and links are up to date and easy to find.
Basic Qualifications:
- Set up permission structures, workspace organization, and shared vs private pages to ensure security and access clarity.
- Audit existing Notion setups to remove clutter, consolidate duplicate pages, and streamline navigation across teams or use cases.
- Create dashboards, task managers, content calendars, CRMs, and knowledge bases that are intuitive and visually clean.
- Organize content for personal brands, freelancers, agencies, or startups—turning chaos into clarity.
- Encourage clients to maintain their workspace by making systems intuitive and reducing the learning curve.
Preferred:
- Can migrate information from other platforms (Google Docs, Trello, Asana) into Notion efficiently.
- Comfortable with ongoing workspace maintenance, updates, and user support.
- Organized with systems thinking and enjoys building tools that improve team workflows.
- Experience creating SOPs, documentation pages, and wikis for growing teams.
- Wants to grow into roles like Notion Consultant, Operations Coordinator, or Knowledge Manager.
