Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer Trainee who’s excited about smooth animations, polished UI, and making interfaces feel amazing — no experience needed, just strong fundamentals and a creative eye. You’ll start by turning static layouts into flexible, mobile-first designs that work across all screen sizes and browsers. We’ll teach you how to read design specs, extract assets, and build UI that respects spacing, typography, and brand consistency. You’ll work with real designers to implement layouts that adapt beautifully — from wide desktops to tiny phones. Expect to work with design systems, reusable components, and modern frameworks like React or Vue as you grow. We’ll guide you through accessibility principles so your animations enhance experience without hurting usability. You’ll be introduced to accessibility best practices: alt text, focus states, keyboard navigation, and ARIA roles. We’ll help you read Figma files, match spacing, use rem units, and make everything responsive across viewports. We’ll support you with 1:1 mentorship, pair programming, and review sessions that help you level up every week.

Basic Qualifications:

• Write or update simple documentation for components or workflows as you go.
• Fix layout bugs, polish animations, and make sure everything looks great on all screen sizes.
• Stay curious: read docs, follow dev blogs, or build side projects that keep you sharp.
• Support accessibility, SEO, and performance best practices even if you're still mastering them.
• Refactor code when it starts to smell (we’ll help you spot it).

Preferred:

• Comfortable working with design systems or translating Figma/Sketch mockups into code.
• Pays attention to performance optimization, lazy loading, and image handling in web apps.
• Background or interest in web development, UI/UX design, or software engineering.
• Organized with task tracking tools like Trello, Jira, or Notion to stay on top of sprint work.
• Thrives in collaborative, feedback-rich environments with modern development workflows.
