Description:

We’re looking for a Reception Manager who brings warmth, professionalism, and leadership to the front desk. You’ll be the first face people see and the calm voice they hear when they walk through the door or pick up the phone. Running the front desk isn’t just about answering phones — it’s about setting the tone for the entire space. You’ll manage a team of receptionists and ensure the front-of-house runs like a well-oiled machine. With you at the helm, the reception area becomes more than a waiting space — it becomes a statement of who we are. You’ll coach your team to handle stressful moments with diplomacy, confidence, and a can-do spirit. You know how to smile under pressure, solve problems quickly, and keep both guests and staff happy and informed. You’ll monitor appearance standards, response times, and overall customer service quality. The lobby isn’t just a space — under your leadership, it becomes a curated experience of order, comfort, and brand identity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (brochures, sign-in sheets, sanitizers, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and health policies—especially in high-traffic or public-facing areas.
  • Coordinate courier pickups, incoming mail, and package distribution across departments efficiently.
  • Ultimately, set the tone for the entire workplace by making the front desk not just functional—but exceptional.
  • Update reception manuals and SOPs regularly to reflect changes in policy, tools, or visitor protocols.

Preferred:

  • Understands the importance of first impressions and maintaining a polished, friendly atmosphere.
  • Wants to grow into roles like Office Manager, Guest Experience Lead, or Operations Coordinator.
  • Experience managing front desk operations in hospitality, corporate, or medical settings.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information, ID verification, and guest records securely.
  • Excited to lead a front desk team and represent the company’s brand from the very first interaction.
