Description:

We’re hiring a Fashion Designer who creates from instinct, reference, and rebellion — someone who understands garments as both structure and story, and sees fashion as a living form of communication. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, sketching, and developing collections that align with seasonal direction, brand identity, and market trends. You’ll be responsible for sketching concepts, selecting fabrics, and refining designs through fittings and technical development. You’ll translate ideas into sketches, fabric choices, and garment prototypes that tell stories and provoke curiosity. You’ll be responsible for fabric research, color palette development, and finish selection that supports both sustainability and longevity. You’ll select fabrics, trims, colors, and details that elevate function, movement, and emotional impact. You’ll contribute to digital and physical collections — thinking in 3D, but also in texture, identity, and emotion. You’ll guide design development from idea to production, making choices that are bold but buildable, stylish but real. We’ll rely on your taste, intuition, and awareness of form, drape, and silhouette in both sketch and sample.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure garments meet ethical and sustainable production standards where possible.
• Revise and refine collections based on feedback, samples, and wearability testing.
• Be ready to design everything from a capsule wardrobe to a one-off runway piece.
• Attend trade shows, supplier meetings, or fabric markets to source materials and spark inspiration.
• Adapt designs based on production constraints, sustainability goals, or budget limitations.

Preferred:

• Willing to work in fast-paced studio environments or participate in brand collaborations.
• Background or strong passion in fashion design, garment technology, or visual arts.
• Familiar with sustainability principles, ethical sourcing, and circular fashion design strategies.
• Understands how to balance artistic vision with budget constraints and target market demands.
• Thrives in highly creative, hands-on environments where concept meets construction.

You’ll work with merchandising and e-commerce teams to ensure your pieces are not only beautiful, but well-positioned to sell.
