We’re hiring an Entry-Level Auto Mechanic who may not have all the experience yet, but brings the mindset, motivation, and hands-on curiosity to grow into a great one. You don’t need shop experience — just the willingness to show up, follow instructions, and learn how machines actually work. You’ll be taught how to read service manuals, follow repair orders, and approach every task with focus and respect for safety. You’ll begin by learning shop safety, how to use tools properly, how to lift vehicles, and how to stay organized under the hood. You’ll treat each customer’s car like your own — whether it’s a daily driver, a work truck, or someone’s first set of wheels. You’ll get hands-on time with real vehicles and real problems, and we’ll never throw you into a job you haven’t been prepared for. You’ll use scanners, manuals, and logic — because good diagnostics isn’t strength, it’s smart thinking and paying attention. You’ll keep your workspace clean, your tools organized, and your mind sharp on every job — big or small.

Basic Qualifications:

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake pad replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and battery replacements.
• Ultimately, ensure every vehicle leaves the shop safe, functional, and ready for the road—earning customer trust with every job.
• Use OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and manufacturer-specific software to troubleshoot check engine lights and system errors.
• Suggest preventative maintenance or future repairs based on observed wear, leaks, or system degradation.
• Adapt to different vehicle makes, models, and years—working with both modern and older systems confidently.

Preferred:

• Able to manage time effectively to complete jobs within quoted timeframes.
• Pays attention to detail when documenting repairs, parts used, and recommended services.
• Experience using shop management systems or repair tracking software is a plus.
• Can recommend preventative maintenance based on mileage, wear, or driving conditions.
• Open to learning new diagnostic tools and repair procedures as technology evolves.
