Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who knows that real style lives beyond the runway — someone who understands fit, movement, and everyday confidence as much as visual identity. You’ll lead the design of ready-to-wear collections that are as thoughtful as they are wearable — built for real people, real bodies, and real lives. You’ll lead the design process from mood boards to tech packs, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative across each line. We expect you to take inspiration from culture, history, and modern life — and filter it into garments that speak with clarity and depth. You’ll collaborate with pattern makers and sample rooms to ensure construction reflects your vision in movement and on the body. Expect to guide the process from initial idea to final production — including fittings, pattern revisions, and pre-launch styling. You’ll contribute to digital and physical collections — thinking in 3D, but also in texture, identity, and emotion. We expect you to be hands-on with samples, agile in problem solving, and fluent in balancing creativity with feasibility. You’ll track development schedules and contribute to timelines that move designs from concept to rack.

Basic Qualifications:

• Be ready to design everything from a capsule wardrobe to a one-off runway piece.
• Create mood boards, lookbooks, and technical drawings to communicate your ideas clearly to the team.
• Choose fabrics, colors, and textures that bring each concept to life with both style and practicality.
• Balance creativity with commercial viability—what looks good must also sell and scale.
• Bring your passion for fashion to everything you do—the energy shows in the final collection.

Preferred:

• Can adapt designs based on feedback, trend forecasts, or customer data insights.
• Background or strong passion in fashion design, garment technology, or visual arts.
• Open to experimenting with silhouettes, textiles, embellishments, and construction techniques.
• Enjoys expressing culture, identity, and emotion through wearable art.
• Experience designing collections from concept to production, including mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selection.

You should be proficient in tools like CLO 3D, Illustrator, and Photoshop — and comfortable presenting work conceptually and commercially. Proficiency in digital design tools (like Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or Gerber) is expected, but so is an instinct for physical materiality. You’ll balance creativity with production reality, timelines, and pricing goals without diluting the idea.
