Description:

We’re hiring a creative Copywriter to develop impactful, engaging content that drives customer action and strengthens our brand voice. You’ll be responsible for writing persuasive copy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and design teams to craft content that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand voice. You’ll conduct research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform your writing. You’ll work on optimizing content for SEO, integrating keywords and strategies that boost search engine visibility and traffic. You’ll assist in crafting email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and product descriptions to drive conversions and engagement. You’ll assist with developing creative campaigns, writing catchy headlines and persuasive calls to action that increase conversions. You’ll ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone, style, and voice across all platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Test and iterate on messaging based on performance data—copy is a craft, but also a science.
• Support long-form and short-form content across a range of formats: from blog intros to landing page hero lines.
• Take rough briefs or scattered thoughts and turn them into structured, polished, and strategic messaging.
• Adapt tone and voice to match different audiences, industries, and platforms—whether it’s playful, formal, or deeply technical.
• Stay up to date with content trends, tone shifts, and evolving platforms (AI tools, voice, SMS, etc.).

Preferred:

• Has a portfolio or samples that show versatility in writing tone and format.
• Understands the psychology behind effective messaging and brand positioning.
• Can balance creativity with conversion-focused writing depending on goals.
• Comfortable researching industries, audiences, and competitors before writing.
• Can edit and self-review content for consistency and accuracy before delivery.
