We’re looking for a Remote Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships, not just close deals. You’ll be at the front line of our growth, reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward solutions that truly add value. You’re a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but finds opportunities, follows up like a pro, and adapts your approach to fit the person on the other end of the call. You’ll handle discovery calls, identify customer pain points, and tailor solutions that make sense — not just for quotas, but for people. You know how to balance active listening with persuasive communication, and you’re just as comfortable sending a well-crafted email as you are jumping on a quick call. You’re self-motivated, organized, and thrive in environments where you’re trusted to manage your own time and performance. CRM tools are second nature to you — you update them without being asked and use data to inform your next move. You thrive in a results-driven environment but never lose sight of the human side of sales.
Basic Qualifications:
- Celebrate wins and learn from rejections—it’s all part of growing the pipeline.
- Track your own performance honestly and ask for help when you hit a wall—no ego, just growth.
- Share feedback from prospects with the product team to help shape feature development or positioning.
- Use digital tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Notion, etc.) efficiently to keep communication tight.
- Update the CRM with notes, stages, and next steps so the pipeline stays accurate and actionable.
Preferred:
- Able to handle objections calmly and tailor messaging to client needs.
- Familiar with using spreadsheets, task boards, or sales dashboards for tracking progress.
- Background or interest in business, communication, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
- Knows how to build rapport quickly over email, phone, or video calls.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and pitching product value.
