Are you that friend who’s always saying, “Wait, have you seen this TikTok? You’ll be brainstorming fresh ideas, filming on the fly (even if it’s just with your phone), and editing everything with impeccable timing to match the latest trends. As our TikTok Content Creator, you’ll help us show up on the For You page in fresh, funny, and totally scroll-stopping ways. You’ll script out ideas, shoot content (even with just your phone), and edit it with a flair for timing and trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create drafts in advance so the calendar’s never empty, even during downtime.
• Engage with comments, stitch trending videos, and interact with the TikTok community to grow organically.
• Turn TikTok videos into cross-platform content for Reels, Shorts, or even memes.
• Film and edit independently with minimal guidance—be your own director and editor.
• Edit footage with snappy cuts, music, filters, and captions to keep viewers watching to the end.

Preferred:

• Knows how to adapt content formats (e.g., vlogs, skits, listicles) to TikTok style.
• Understanding how trends evolve and when to jump on them for maximum visibility.
• Previous experience running a personal or themed TikTok account with consistent posting.
• Passionate about TikTok as a platform for creative self-expression and storytelling.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and improvising when needed to stay authentic.
