We’re searching for an Online Course Assistant who thrives in digital classrooms and genuinely enjoys helping others learn. You’ll be the go-to person for students needing help navigating the platform, accessing materials, or understanding what’s due and when. You’ll ensure all course elements run smoothly — from maintaining clean, updated modules to helping troubleshoot login or access issues. You’ll make sure deadlines are clear, content is accessible, and no one gets lost in the shuffle. You’ll bring structure to the learning process without making it rigid, and your communication style makes people feel at ease. You’ll also monitor student progress and flag anyone who might be falling behind so we can step in early. You’ll help schedule live sessions, send gentle reminders, and make sure the learning journey is smooth from start to finish. Basic Qualifications:

• Share suggestions with instructors on how to improve clarity, pace, or engagement.
• Help enforce academic honesty by spotting suspicious patterns or duplicate answers.
• Create and maintain FAQs, guides, or walkthroughs to reduce repetitive support questions.
• Stay familiar with the course content to offer relevant and helpful support, not just generic responses.
• Draft course updates or weekly newsletters to keep students informed and motivated.

Preferred:

• Can help organize feedback from students or track their progress and engagement.
• Capable of managing simple tasks independently after training.
• Willing to support quizzes, file uploads, or video lectures by ensuring everything is in place.
• Knows how to use spreadsheets or simple databases to track student activity.
• Able to provide technical support to students with login or access issues.
