We’re seeking a Freelance Blog Writer who has a way with words — someone who can turn a simple idea into a story readers actually want to finish. You instinctively understand what makes a piece valuable to readers, and you know how to deliver it with personality and precision. Whether it’s a 2,000-word guide, a thought-provoking opinion piece, or a quick how-to article, your work reads like it was written by someone who actually enjoys writing (because you do). You’ll work closely with our content team or editors (sometimes solo), taking briefs or pitching topics, researching deeply, and turning drafts into polished, publish-ready pieces. You’re comfortable writing for different tones — from casual and witty to formal and authoritative — and can adjust your voice to suit the brand or audience. Whether it’s breaking down complex topics into easy steps or writing thought leadership pieces that sound smart but not pretentious, you’ve got range. You know how to research with care, cite responsibly, and structure content in a way that’s easy to read and hard to ignore.

Basic Qualifications:

• Deliver original content with proper sourcing—no plagiarism, AI fluff, or recycled filler.
• Edit your own work with a critical eye—grammar, flow, structure, and accuracy should all be tight before submission.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in the industry or niche you’re writing about, so your content stays relevant.
• Optimize posts for readability and SEO—using proper headings, meta descriptions, internal links, and keywords.
• Repurpose blog content into outlines for newsletters, social posts, or short-form scripts if needed.

Preferred:

• Experience writing blog articles for websites, brands, or personal projects.
• Comfortable receiving and incorporating editorial feedback or style changes.
• Familiar with SEO basics like keyword usage, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
• Can take a brief or topic idea and expand it into a full, well-researched post.
• Has experience writing for SEO agencies, affiliate sites, or niche blogs.
