Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to join our dealership team — perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles showroom-ready and understands the importance of first impressions. You’ll drive to scheduled appointments with a fully equipped vehicle to perform exterior and interior cleanings on-site. You’ll vacuum interiors, wipe down dashboards, clean windows, and remove trash to leave cabins fresh and guest-ready. You’ll vacuum interiors, clean windows, wipe dashboards, and freshen up seats without needing access to fixed facilities. You’ll follow a step-by-step process to ensure every wash meets company standards for quality and efficiency. You’ll work with new arrivals from transport trucks, removing stickers, cleaning protective wraps, and restoring shine. You’ll use eco-friendly products and low-water techniques to minimize environmental impact and maximize customer satisfaction. You’ll monitor water pressure, chemical usage, and equipment performance throughout the cleaning process. You’ll log jobs completed, payment received, and feedback in a mobile app or dispatch system provided by the company.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist with promotional events or special services when offered by the business.
• Apply waxes, polishes, or protective coatings by hand or machine as requested.
• Take pride in making each car look its best, from economy models to luxury vehicles.
• Understand that a clean car is more than just appearance—it reflects service and care.
• Respect personal property left inside vehicles and report anything unusual or valuable found.

Preferred:

• Understands the importance of protecting vehicle surfaces and avoiding scratches or streaks.
• Able to complete services on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Able to inspect cars before and after service and report any visible damage to supervisors.
• Pays attention to product usage, chemical safety, and eco-friendly water-saving techniques where applicable.
• Familiar with techniques for hand-washing, drying, waxing, and polishing without damaging paint or trim.
