Description:

We’re hiring a Remote CRM Specialist who understands that the heart of a business is in how it manages its relationships. You’ll be the go-to person for managing our customer relationship management system, ensuring it's clean, organized, and up-to-date. You’ll build and manage workflows that automate tasks, improve lead tracking, and enhance customer segmentation. Your job is part architect, part analyst, and part problem-solver — and you love wearing all three hats. You’ll keep the CRM neat, well-documented, and easy to use, even as the business grows and scales. You’ll review current setups, eliminate redundancies, and propose scalable systems as the business evolves. You know the difference between a lead and a qualified opportunity — and how to guide each through the system. Your dashboards will be clear, your logic will be tight, and your systems will save time for everyone involved. You’ll monitor the health of our CRM daily — spotting bad data, broken automations, and missed opportunities before they cost us.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Assist in planning and executing CRM-driven campaigns, including email sequences, follow-ups, and lifecycle nurturing.
  • Create and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines that help sales, support, and marketing teams work smarter, not harder.
  • Track lifecycle journeys and suggest ways to improve customer experience based on engagement data.
  • Set up automated alerts and notifications for deal updates, missed follow-ups, or key account activity to keep teams in sync.
  • Work with sales and marketing leads to refine lead scoring, tagging, and routing based on performance insights.

Preferred:

  • Thrives in a remote environment and communicates proactively with distributed teams.
  • Knows how to create reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales or marketing teams.
  • Enjoys making systems more efficient and scalable through smart configuration.
  • Excited to grow into roles like CRM Manager, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Operations Specialist.
  • Familiar with segmentation, tagging, and filtering contacts for targeted outreach.
